This village house is a medieval tower, in the heart of the old town of Dolceacqua.

Thick stone walls dating 1300, offer comfort during summer and winter.

This is a house from cellar to ceiling, completely renovated but maintaining a bit of the old stlye.

The house occupies 6 floors. At the ground floor is a large cellar, also this one nicely renovated and ideal for storing bicycles, then there is a bedroom with it’s bathroom (with a nice bath under a stone vaulted ceiling), a kitchen, a second bedroom with it’s bathroom (with shower), a lovely living-room, and at the top a terrace with a nice view of famous the medieval castel of Dolceacqua. The terrace hosts a small kitchen corner with sink and cooker.

The house is very near the center of the village, the piazza is literally around the corner, but is also very quiet, protected by the narrow street and the thick walls.

The house has every comfort, the kitchen is made to measure, the windows are double glazed and it has autonomous central heating.
